We love solar! Quick Roofing Solar Services removes and re-installs solar panels and full solar systems everyday. Solar has become a common feature on roofs that integrate with the roof system in a way that need accuracy and technical expertise. If you have a solar system on your home it is urgent you move on a solution to have the panels removed from your roof before the project gets to your building. Here are the 3 choices the Association has decided on to ensure you and your neighbors roof gets done correctly. The Timeline tab on this site show estimated dates for the projects process. Those are purely estimates. The hope is the speed of the project shortens those dates.

Here are the 3 options the Association has implemented:

  • Choose to have your solar system removed and reinstalled by a local solar contractor of your choice. This must be done quickly and in advance of the project reaching your building.
  • Elect in advance to have Quick Roofing Solar Services remove and re-install your system with our experienced solar team. This ensures all schedules are met. The Mueller Master Community Association has negotiated discounted pricing in advance for this project at $269.00 per panel with a 10yr installation warranty. Once reinstalled the system will be configured as before and brought back online by our technicians. The storage of your panels is recommended in your garage. However, if you don't have room, there is also an optional storage service. This storage service is warranted against damage. If this option is your choice please call 737-400-0447 or email solar@quickroofing.com to schedule.
  • Do nothing and when the project gets to your building your system will be removed in order to replace you and your neighbors roof. With Row Homes and Shop Homes sharing a building and roof it is necessary to do this to replace the storm damage and insure a water-tight roof for all. If no advanced scheduling at the above phone and email the service reverts to $289 per panel.
