Due to the upcoming inclement weather roofing activities, along with material deliveries will halt from 10/01/2026 – 10/04/2026. Quick Roofing will resume normal production starting 10/05/2026. In the event of an active leak please contact 512-503-5020.
Once your roof is completed, part of our quality control process is to come by for a final waterproofing inspection. Please be aware we will return to the roof shortly after completion. This inspection will not be an obstruction or limit access.
The roofing project will be carried out in phases throughout the community. Each phase targets a specific group of homes to contain the project and minimize disruption. You will see the different phases color coded with map pins on each building. Each pin will turn green when that building's roof is completed. This will give a visual of progress as the project is headed toward your phase.

- Google Maps may not pinpoint every address in a shared building. This map is only a general phase reference. The official Row Home and Shop Home master list is 100% complete and maintained by the Association and Quick Roofing.
Project Timeline
The below timeline gives general timelines to help in the planning and preparing process. You will notice all time blocks for each phase overlap. This allows for an accelerated schedule due to optimum production and adversely, the potential of weather or other unforeseen delays. The project goal is to perform this large community wide project professionally, safely, and accurately, in as little time as possible to limit disruption of daily life.
