The work on the roof, like any reroofing project, consists of hammering, material loading and unloading, and heavy foot traffic on the roof which could cause movement.

Minor nail pops or drywall cracks may occur during construction due to normal vibration and building movement. These conditions are rare and considered incidental and unavoidable and are not the responsibility of the Contractor or the Association.

Your current roof has between 10,000 and 15,000 nails to be removed. Where 3 or 4 buildings are adjacent, that might be 40,000 to 60,000 nails. We go to great lengths to capture everyone, but it is possible one might get away. Flat tires are not the responsibility of the Contractor or the Association.

Truck and equipment tires may mark the alleyway or areas of access. These marks are temporary and will fade quickly with traffic and exposure. Pressure washing is not required as time will lighten any marks.

Wall hangings, pictures, and valuable items can be at risk from construction processes. Quick Roofing nor the Association is responsible for personal items in your home not secured or protected.
